At Model Template we can take the template
your most interested in and customize it for you.

First, you find the template you like most and take note of the Template's Item Number (Left click the template to find the Item Number). Fill out the form below with the template's item number and a description of what you would like changed (navigation, color scheme, content, etc.). The following is what we would need from you:

• Company Art Work and Logo
• Copy/Content (Word, TXT, or other text formats)
  
• Hosting Company Information/FTP info (If you want us to upload to the web)

After you give us all the information with the template you like we will start the custom programming and design process. You will get the raw template and the new customized template/files including the PSD (Photoshop), HTML, and FLA (Flash) upon completion. The site will then be ready to post to your hosting company.

CUSTOM WEB SITE TEMPLATE: $500

This service price does not include dynamic sites (eCommerce or Online Stores, Word Press, PHP, ASP or other dynamic formats). It does however include HTML, XHTML, Flash, and other templates. If you first want to see if your desired template is valid for this service, please fill out the form below and we will let you know ASAP

Payment Terms: $250 due on start of customization and the remainder ($250) due upon completion. Filling out the form below is to get an idea of what's needed to customize your template.
